Heather came to Jerry's Floor Store in 1996 with a background in management, sales, and interior design. She managed a photography studio in Canada in the 1980s. Upon relocating to Minnesota, she was the sales manager for a local textile manufacturer. She attended college at Dakota County Technical College for interior design, while also designing, selling, and installing window treatments.

Since coming to Jerry's, she has worked with several home builders and homeowners in flooring and countertop selections. Heather has been interviewed on the radio and for several magazine publications for her flooring knowledge acquired at Jerry's.

Jon came to Jerry's Floor Store in 2006 with 25 years in the flooring industry. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of flooring. He has worked in the positions of management, sales, and scheduling for a local flooring company.

Since coming to Jerry's, Jon has worked with contractors for commercial projects such as a bank, a retail store, a church, a nature center, a remodelers showroom, and more. He has worked on several residential remodeling projects for flooring and countertops.

Andy came to Jerry's Floor Store in 2007 with a background in flooring installation. He has installed carpet, vinyl, and vinyl composition tile for both commercial and residential clients. With 6 years in installation, he was certified in Armstrong, I.N.S.T.A.L.L., Toli, Collins and Aikman, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration. His knowledge of installation has been a great asset when working with homeowners.

Since coming to Jerry's, he has continued his education with new product knowledge. Andy is our resident tech, currently attending college for a computer-related bachelor's degree.
